Summer Course Planning Form

Instructions

• This form should be included with all course proposals for the summer semesters. IAH courses are offered in the first and second summer sessions; there are no full semester course offerings during the summer.
• Please complete one form per course proposal. If you are proposing to teach the same courses in both summer sessions, please submit two forms (one for each summer session).
• If you are teaching summer courses in your department, please consult with your chair to avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Proposals for online courses and hybrid (50% online) courses are especially encouraged.
