Multimedia Library
Welcome to the Multimedia Library of the Center for Integrative Studies in the Arts and Humanities!
Our collection includes 1500 multimedia titles including Hollywood and independent films, PBS documentaries, educational films, live concerts and much more. These materials are available in VHS, CD’s, CD-ROMs, DVD’s, and other formats.
Important: Starting fall 2010, any requests from IAH faculty must be sent by email at least 24 hours in advance to Rhonda Hibbitt (hibbitt@msu.edu) or Jan Cornelius (patter24@msu.edu). If we do not receive this 24-hour notice, CISAH does not guarantee this service.
Terms and conditions for use of materials:
- Only current IAH faculty and TA’s may reserve and borrow items for the session in which they are scheduled to teach an IAH class.
- CISAH multimedia library is for exclusive use of current IAH faculty and items are to be used to assist only IAH courses in a given session.
- Reservation period lasts for three days. If the item is not picked up within this period, it will appear as available to the public.
- Loan period is 3 days beginning at the day the borrower picks up the item unless otherwise arranged with the CISAH staff.
- Borrower agrees to return materials within the established loan period.
- Borrower agrees to take all reasonable precautions to protect materials from theft and/or damage.
- If necessary, Borrower agrees to reimburse CISAH for costs incurred in repairing or replacing materials.
- Borrower agrees not to loan borrowed materials to a third party without CISAH permission.
